Recently my husband and I renovated our kitchen. We ripped down drywall, added new cabinets, changed the location of our sink, stove, etc. This was a major renovation. Yet, this major reno image started with a vintage grocery scale that we found while at a local vintage shop about a year ago (similar to the scale posted below). The wonderful thing about thrift shopping is that you can find incredibly inspiring items that spark creativity and help define the style that you want to achieve for a room. After we bought this scale the other elements were chosen to work with it, and to keep our industrial design consistent.
So ,today, I encourage you to go get inspired. Find something lovely at a MCC thrift shop today (and maybe your find can get you renovating too)!
